SCOPE is FirmaMentum’s internal project evaluation framework.
It is used to assess whether an idea has strategic fit, practical demand, supplier feasibility, operational pathway, and long-term commercial relevance before it moves deeper into development.
The SCOPE process:
- Scan
Identify the opportunity, problem, market gap, or project concept. - Clarify
Define what the project is, who it serves, and what outcome it is meant to create. - Observe
Review demand signals, supplier realities, operational constraints, risks, and comparable market activity. - Plan
Map the first practical pathway, including cost, partners, tools, systems, and proof requirements. - Evaluation — Execute or Exit
Move the project into proof, pause it, refine it, or reject it.
Current development:
Media Intake Control is a media infrastructure project currently in development, focused on clearer discovery, classification, and trust signals across online video environments.
