SCOPE

SCOPE is FirmaMentum’s internal project evaluation framework.

It is used to assess whether an idea has strategic fit, practical demand, supplier feasibility, operational pathway, and long-term commercial relevance before it moves deeper into development.

The SCOPE process:

  1. Scan
Identify the opportunity, problem, market gap, or project concept.
  2. Clarify
Define what the project is, who it serves, and what outcome it is meant to create.
  3. Observe
Review demand signals, supplier realities, operational constraints, risks, and comparable market activity.
  4. Plan
Map the first practical pathway, including cost, partners, tools, systems, and proof requirements.
  5. Evaluation — Execute or Exit
Move the project into proof, pause it, refine it, or reject it.

Current development:

Media Intake Control is a media infrastructure project currently in development, focused on clearer discovery, classification, and trust signals across online video environments.
