Project CABO

CABO Solana tiny home and container site expansion at sunset

Project CABO is FirmaMentum’s modular housing proof and learning platform.

CABO Solana is the completed lived-in demo build, used to test practical deployment, supplier coordination, off-grid systems, site preparation, fit-out choices, and buyer education.

CABO Solana exists to test what works, what does not, what should be repeated, and what should change before future CABO pathways are developed.

The project has clarified what worked, what should change, and what future modular housing pathways need to solve.

CABO Haven represents the next expansion of this thinking, exploring how tiny home living can extend beyond the enclosed build into covered, protected, and more flexible outdoor living space.

What Project CABO is testing:

  • Modular tiny house deployment
  • Supplier and product coordination
  • Off-grid and utility planning
  • Site preparation and placement thinking
  • Fit-out, appliance, and accessory selection
  • Real-world living feedback
  • Future buyer, builder, and vendor education

One of the clearest lessons from CABO Solana is that tiny home living often expands outward. Decks, covered areas, wind protection, storage, and outdoor living space become part of the real home system, not just optional extras.

Next Stage: CABO Haven

CABO Haven begins where CABO Solana ends, expanding the proof build into outdoor living, storage, shelter, site systems, and future power expansion.
